Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Kristine Reina and Reina Consultancy provides high-level strategic coaching, consulting, and mentorship. The specific deliverables, session counts and duration of your program are outlined in your individual Program Agreement.

2. Professional Disclaimer

Our services are designed to provide the tools and frameworks necessary for healing, recovery and professional growth. However:

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.
• Responsibility: The Client retains full responsibility for the implementation of strategies and the resulting business decisions.
• Not Professional Advice: Coaching does not constitute legal, medical or licensed financial advice.

3. Investment and Financial Policy

To maintain our standard of exclusivity, we adhere to the following financial structure:

• Payment: All fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are due prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our coaching and the immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all payments are non-refundable.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to coaching sessions and digital portals if accounts are not settled within 7 days of the invoice due date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content shared during the coaching relationship is the sole property of Kristine Reina and Reina Consultancy.

• Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal growth.
• Restrictions: You may not record sessions without permission, nor may you redistribute or sell our proprietary methodologies to third parties.

5. Scheduling and Global Availability

We respect your time and ask for the same in return, therefore:

• Rescheduling: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
• Late Arrival: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or credited.

6. Confidentiality

The "Vault" protocol applies to all interactions. We will not disclose your proprietary business data or personal identity without your express consent. Conversely, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary coaching processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kristine Reina and Reina Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and in the very unlikely event of a dispute, such dispute shall be resolved through the Courts in Gibraltar.
